Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been playing volleyball in crazy heat. I sweat a ton but my muscles do feel good in warmer weather.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I operate at my MIL'S b-day picnic. I need to watch what I eat even on special occasions.

Some friends noticed I had lost weight. That felt wonderful.

I pigged out a bit at a family party. I need to stop snacking right before bed too.

I want to get 15K steps per day. Drink 8 glasses of water per day at least. Eat plant-based exclusively til the end of month.

Although it was challenging, I ate less at night and drank a lot of water throughout the day.

I could have exercised more. I was discouraged to go out due to cold temps. I shouldn't let that be an obstacle though.

It's been cold and windy this week so I didn't go outside and walk/run as usual. I did do a step aerobics video though.
