Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to movies and did NOT have popcorn. Also fasted 1 day! I also ate a lot of fruits and veggies!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did pretty good. Just unsure why I am gaining weight. 2 days I had beer.
