    If you’re thinking this is a 4 week challenge and then it’s “over” you have the wrong mindset. This journey is never over. Built new habits that can help you sustain this weight forever.     Starting week 2 of the DietBet! How are we feeling? Even if week 1 didn’t go the way you were hoping, every single day is another day to do this. To do what you’ve been telling yourself you’re to do

My goal this week has been to keep my water intake up. I do really good when I always have a cup in my hand... last week I did 140 oz a day , just to keep me fuller and I kept busy. So this week, I am trying to keep up the 140 oz and add more walks.. it's getting warmer and the sun is shining, so an extra dose of sunshine is coming my way!! Good luck all with this weeks goals!!

    So excited to have you here! This is such a great time to play! Playing games throughout the year is how I 'finally' learned balance through the holidays!  I know you can do this and will head into the new year with a huge feeling of accomplishment!

    Please introduce yourself and share some of the short-term goals that you’ve set going into this challenge. Remember, your goals should be attainable! We want them to be challenging, but don’t make them so difficult that you can’t achieve them.

    Just a few of my goals are:
    • Drink more water, I have been seriously slacking and I can feel it. Probably time to join another Hydration Nation game on the WayBetter app!
    • Eat out less. Going to have to learn how to cook my favorite Thai dishes... :)
    • Stop snacking after dinner, or if I do, only allow myself fruit or veggies.

  • Hello! Welcome, everyone! I'm excited for you to crush our goal for this game and head into the new year feeling better than ever! Super impressed that you joined a game that runs through the holidays! So important to learn how to navigate every situation for long-term success! :)

    I'm Nancy and will be your host for this game. I've lost about 70 lbs with the motivation of DietBet! I also joined StepBet and RunBet along the way and am loving the new WayBetter app! So fun!

    I live in Southern California and am a home health nurse, as well as a WayBetter Referee. I'm married with three grown kids and we're recent empty-nesters...weird (where did the time go?) but fun! I love the outdoors, especially hiking and beachy things (kayaking and paddleboarding are favorites).
