Hi all! I've been fighting some autoimmune issues, including Hashimoto's and I'm finally starting to get my life and body to function again. I've lost 17lbs since before Christmas and I'm ready to lose more! Let's do this! Looking forward to the support here! My biggest downfall, besides my health issues, is I've realized I'm a bit of a self sabotager. As in I'll do well one day and think I can push my luck the next and then mess up. I'm working on fighting these urges ☺
