Have a bacon and fried egg salad for lunch everyday. Very filling with lots of protein and veggies. It works well to have a predictable lunch, instead of having to make a decision.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Having balance: I tend to go between restricting my intake a lot to eating way too much. I hope I can find the middle ground of conscious eating.
