When you join a Transformer, do you automatically become a DietBet member? Somehow I am a member this time around. I've played games before without the membership. I want to make sure that I I'm not charged a membership fee past this game. Does anyone have insight?

Dang I missed the cut off by .1lbs I was a little shaken at the end of the school year but have kicked it into gear for summer! I was really hoping for the final round to keep me going! Oh well good luck al!

If you have a case on your cell phone, take it off. Jewelry, off. Wear the lightest weight clothing possible. Stop food and liquid by 6PM if possible. Try fitting in a sweaty workout before stepping on the scale. And weigh-in "empty" in the morning. Don't let .1 stop you! Good luck!!!

For this last Weigh-in I got rid of the sugar bowl. No more white sugar. And I am a person who will sometimes have two or 3 cups of coffee a day. I substituted Splenda for the sugar in my coffee & also on my cereal a couple times a week…
2 weeks & NOTHING, Not a pounds difference?
How can this be so...
Also in the beginning I gave up having a can of coca-Cola, 1or2 a day, and that too I didn’t see any difference.

Any thoughts?

Had to give up my Splenda, too. Went cold turkey on Diet sodas also because they make you crave sugar so you have to be super careful to not replace artificial sweeteners with sugar found in food that are actually healthy...like bananas :banana: Love them, but I had to stop. The natural sugars were sabotaging my weight loss :disappointed_relieved:

No more splenda - at least the versions that contain dextrose or maltodextrin! These affect the blood sugar much like sugar. You need sweeteners with a low low glycemic index. Switch to pure stevia, erythritol, or sucralose.

It might be a good idea to reduce grains as well, i.e., the cereal. These basically get turned into sugar in the bodyas well. Not necessarily eliminate them (although that is an option) but try reducing and see if you notice any positives. Maybe an egg for breakfast with some avocado rather than cereal. Good luck!

  • Finally going through my entire wardrobe and trying everything on for donation (and hopefully find a few old gems that fit me now that I can wear!) and I tried on my red Christmas dress I wore to a work party Christmas before the most recent. I was so embarrassed - the dress was so tight and even with high wasted tights you could see my belly button and my fat being sinched by the tights. That dress is now TOO big and in the donation pile. It doesn’t even rest on my stomach anymore let alone suck into it and is baggy under the arms. NSV are the best :)

I don’t see the winnings from round 1 in my points. I thought those might pay toward my Round 3 subscription but noticed they aren’t there. Is it all maintained until the end? This is my first transformer. Thanks!

You don't get access to the winnings until the game is completed. Here's a snippet from the FAQ.

"3. How do I get my winnings?
Getting your winnings is as easy as clicking a button! Shortly after your game finalizes, your winnings will appear in your account as Points. If you don’t want to put your Points toward a new game, just go to Your Points and select “Request a payout via PayPal.”

If you require a paper check, we charge $5 to cover the cost of writing and mailing the check within the United States regardless of the payout amount. Your payout will become available within 48 hours of being requested."

I have a job interview on Thursday and part if it is over lunch! I know I blow up like a balloon if I eat anything with a lot of sodium, and I have a feeling we won’t be going somewhere healthy. 😭 Guess I can kiss this months weigh in goodbye...
