Non-scale victory of the week!

Despite some stressful situations ( a funeral! An Italian bakery!) I really commutes to the low carb approach.

I still haven’t been able to get to the cardio I have been promising

I have really been sticking to a low carb diet- lots of veggies, eggs and beans. Satisfying and healthy!

I’m still not running but I’ve managed vigorous hikes

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went out to eat last night - resisted the bread and oil and ordered a plant based soup and salad and nice dish of olives. Had a lovely healthy meal and didn’t feel deprived in the least!

I have really stuck to my eating goals. Not drinking and eating a lighter dinner have been especially gratifying
