Non-scale victory of the week!

Worked out a lot more than I usually do. And made my goal of 10,000+ steps a day each day during the week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not be tempered to eat fast food/crap.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was doing fairly well then a stomach virus went around work and I probably lost the weight that way. Felt like crap stomach still doesn't feel 100%.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Starting off with good workouts. Getting enough sleep. I slept a lot after being sick. Had a few days off afterward.

There was a week where I didn't workout like I wanted and ate out a lot.

Lower carb intake and be more ontop of exercising once I'm over my cold.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been working out more compared to when I started the diet bet challenge.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

The first week and a half of the new year I ate terribly and didn't sleep much. This past week I slept very little because of my work schedule. Something to improve on. I also can work on saying no to temptation to unhealthy food.
