I've been working out more compared to when I started the diet bet challenge.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
The first week and a half of the new year I ate terribly and didn't sleep much.
This past week I slept very little because of my work schedule. Something to improve on. I also can work on saying no to temptation to unhealthy food.
