Hi! I had a big loss coming off Christmas. Of course mostly water weight. I’m kinda afraid to do an unofficial weigh in. Will it flag me or whatever? My starting weight was around 195-depending on which challenge and this morning I was 187.

Same here though not as much. Weighed in at 212.5 two days ago and this morning I was at 207.7. Only if the weight loss continued at that pace however it will slow to about 1-1.5lbs per week once I get closer to about 205. Step by step.

Salt, not enough water, menstrual cycle, too little calories, to many calories, too much stress, and lack of sleep, can all cause weight fluctuations.

Its frustrating I know. Just keep going and stick to whatever plan you are using as best you can!

Thanks everyone, it turns out I was getting sick, I guess inflammation? Anyway now that I’m getting better the weight is dropping, I just don’t know if I’ll be able to make the first goal at this rate though
