Non-scale victory of the week!

I was strong enough to help a man and his dog b out of their RV when it turned over during the tornado!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

The last few days with all the craziness of storm cleanup and management, I have not eaten well. I can't believe I still made weight!!!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've gained nearly 20lbs since the last time I've played. ☹️ Oh well, no use wallowing.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I've let having a broken arm be my excuse for all sorts of stuff that I know better. I ate an entire thing of Richly road in two sittings. what's that got to do with my arm?! i need to get with it.
