Hi I found how to select you as friend. I just sent my weight and pending approval. My name is shown as JaneadmMy plan is to do the 10k steps a day, I'm in such bad shape that walking is about all I can do at this point. I'll watch what I eat but I'm not doing a specific plan or obsessing about it. I think just being more active and paying attention to what I eat will help. Of course overall, cutting carbs when possible (but not completely) always helpsGood luck!
