Today I started not eating at least 3 hours before bed and I succeeded!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Inusually work night shift but I was off this week and my sleeps were amazing! This helps in all other areas of my life as well. Don’t crave junk as much and have more time to make healthier choices.

I did my runs for RunBet but did almost nothing else. I wanted to do weights again

Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't have ice cream on a beautiful hot night when the kids had some. Then I also abstained from reaching for the chip bowl on movie night!
