  • Do you meal prep? Ingredient prep? Wing it?
    I plan my breakfast/lunch/snacks and eat the same thing for my work week.
    Dinners are family meals and I'll make necessary swaps.
    Tonight is nachos. I am using Quest chips, and I'll add something else to my plate like veggies and bolthouse ranch. Tuesday is Pho and I'll use zoodles instead of noodles. Monday and Wednesday are busy days so we will do easy lunchable style meals. And Thursday is grilled cheese and tomato soup-I'm choosing to have a light progresso soup with added chicken.

I am so burned out on cooking after doing it since i was like 10 years old, I now hate it. So yeah I just eat some veggies, some lean meats and call it a day. Nothing fancy.
I often order steamed chicken and broccoli from a local Chinese place. I don't eat the rice. Maybe put a small spoonful of the sauce they put on the side. Or i eat raw spinach salad with grilled chicken strips(that I buy precooked!). The less I have to think about food or cooking, the better
