I stay motivated by visualizing myself at my goal weight and by reminding myself of how much better I feel when I eat well! Also, make sure to find activities you enjoy doing because they are easier to stick with than just going to the gym (unless that's the thing you enjoy than more power to ya!) good workout music and clean eating blogs and Instagram accounts really help too! Hope that was helpful! Good luck! You can so do this!!! :):)
