Non-scale victory of the week!
Lost weight is currently the only thing which keeps me going. I guess as many people on this planet these days I'm struggling. Lost my job and lost my boyfriend recently. I think if no stress I won't probably make it this time, but I barely eat and acctually waiting for the weight to kick back as I will start my normal eating routine again. Most important to keep myself motivated. there is still long way to go, and at the end of me is healthier and happier version of me....

To pull myself together, get back to normal eating, exercise more effectively and work on my psychological health.
