Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to Vegas, though I didn't have time to hit the gym like I wanted, I tracked over 16,000 steps a day... some days knocking on the 20,000 step door

Reduced my alcohol intake

Non-scale victory of the week!

No real victories this week. Been dealing with Strep throat since Thurday of last week. And ended up in a place where I did not eat or drink at all for a few days. Tried to workout still but of course that did not work after a while. It's slowly progressing and appettite is slowly returning just have to make sure to hold a balance because I know I can possibly pack on the pounds when I start eating again
