Non-scale victory of the week!

I joined a Greek dance troupe at my church and we'll be performing in *public* (yikes!). I'm starting to actually *miss* my exercise classes that I skip to attend the dance troupe practices. I'm going to a non-exercise but super-social event and I'm very nervous -- but it's for a good cause.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My eating on SATURDAY and SUNDAY is *ABYSMAL* (delicious.... but abysmal).

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to an exercise class (on a Friday!) that I normally don't like. However, that night I had a pretty good time and saw someone from church was there, too. I also got all my steps in all 6 days despite having meetings on 2 nights -- still got all of them in some how.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Diet-wise -- maybe no 2nd's at cooking class (but it was so good). I believe I did my best to fit in everything I could regarding diet, exercise, social obligations, sleep, personal relationships and work. I can do it.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Submitted info to personal trainer to get a food plan. Finding exercise classes I like (even if my husband doesn't like them or go to them). Developing strategies to avoid "home from the gym" over-eating.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing. Controlled negative thoughts. Took chances. Showed up. Gave it my best shot.
