Non-scale victory of the week!
I joined a Greek dance troupe at my church and we'll be performing in *public* (yikes!). I'm starting to actually *miss* my exercise classes that I skip to attend the dance troupe practices. I'm going to a non-exercise but super-social event and I'm very nervous -- but it's for a good cause.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My eating on SATURDAY and SUNDAY is *ABYSMAL* (delicious.... but abysmal).
