I had to start wearing a belt with my jeans!

Tracked my calorie intake as I was eating instead of at the end of my day so that I could see that I was over eating.

I did really well at keeping a food journal and counting calories!

Gone to the gym more and had more control on my treat day, keeping my treat to a minimum and not a binge.

Once I am done with a diet bet or any challenge I struggle with sticking to my good healthy habits and keeping the weight off!
