Non-scale victory of the week!

This has been by far my most amazing magical week. The will power I have shown is tremendous! I am so proud of myself. Bit only I have kept a count of every single calorie I put into my mouth, I have also been working out six days a week.... I joined swimming too.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I recorded my meals and thus improved apon them. I did not give in to the temptation of eating sweet however I did drink two small cans of softdrinks. I walked every day, except one, even though I had a 12 hr long seminar, I made my daily goals. I had my walks planned.
