I hope everyone is doing well so far! I hit my goal last round but had a "relapse" with fast food last week so now have some catching up to do. Does anyone else have what feels almost like an addiction to fast food? Any suggestions on what worked for you to cut it out for good? This week I meal prepped so am focused on staying on the right track, just don't want to go back to old habits.

You can also try buying the kid's size. Sometimes we just want the taste. Do be ashamed to get a happy meal...lol

When I'm craving something bad to eat, I always try to look up the calorie/nutrition info. It usually shocks me into skipping it, because OMG that fast food has an incredible amount of fat and calories!!
