Non-scale victory of the week!

Getting back on the bandwagon. Was off eating what I wanted and feeling disgusting but was able to get back into eating right without any hiccup

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not binged. Why did I do it? I ate so much I physically hurt. It was gross

Bought short for the summer that I thought I would have to work for. I can put them on and they fit great.

Just feel something was off. Definitely needed more exercise at the beginning of the week

I don't know. Feeling miserable. Food has been good. Exercise is in progress and I have called losing weight

More exercise. More control with exercise. Work harder. Guess my log of exercise wasn't on point as much as I thought or I didn't log it and did more. Not sure

Under 160. Tried on jeans two sizes smaller then had been wearing and got them up and buttoned.

Not getting sick and being able to exercise

Not a good week for non scale victories. Lost some will power this week

Better at it all. Could have meal prepped and stayed strong with exercise but did exercise 5 days this week

Put on my medium scrubs last night and thought they were my larges. They were so much bigger then they have ever been.
