Getting back into routine and good habits!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nutrition was not exactly perfect but I am still doing great for my first week back and recommiting to the healthy habits I had formed.

went on an amazing family vacation with lots of hiking, swimming, food, and laughs.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My meal planning, water, and food all suffered while on an extended vacation. I am looking forward to being home today and getting back on routine.

I am fitting back into my old clothes again and even though the scale isn't moving as much, I've gotten compliments on how I'm looking!

I went a little of the rails on the weekend with my nutrition. I did turn it around on Monday and recommit so that is a huge win!

I was able to return to my healthy habits after going off track on Sunday. In the past I would have kept spiralling so this is a big win.

Indulge without a feeling of being out of control. I need to address the physchology behind my disordered eating behaviours
