Got in some runs, yoga and strength training.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Food!! I did so well at the start of the week when I was off. Then when I went into work, I shoveled my face full of the evil breakroom goodies.

Non-scale victory of the week!

The scale may be moving slower, but the workouts are showing!! I almost lost my pants on a run, and a sweatshirt that didnt fit a few weeks ago fits!! See ya ratty old sweat shirts

I fell off the sweets wagon yesterday. I think I need to schedule a treat into my week so i do not break and stuff a bunch of junk into my mouth.
