    Lost 30.1 lbs, 18.5 inches, 5.7 pts on the BMI scale.

    Been very frustrated because I'm trying to break through my 140lb floor for over a month and not getting there. But looking back I've come a long way.

Keith 2017 was a really good lesson though. I stopped regularly weighing-in and tracking. Now I know not to do that. Hopefully I get to a point that I only need to maintain and I just need to track and keep things in moderation instead of pushing to lose. But I know I definitely can't ignore it all together.

    I feel VERY accomplished of reaching 10k steps for 6 days in a row!! Especially when most of my life I was unable to walk or run due to my rare form of hives that would flare up with a bad itchy/burning/swelling feeling when I tried to do so. Thankfully, my doctor found the right histamine blocker so I can walk/run as much as I want 😃

Does anyone feel that the model of these transformers might encourage unhealthy approaches to food and weight loss?

I've enjoyed the consistency and accountability of checking in and weighing in regularly, but I also see people taking some extreme measures to make goal. (I felt the scale panic myself a few times, too.)

I wonder if front loading the majority of weight loss in the early rounds (rather than a more moderate distribution) may contribute to disordered eating and other harmful tactics to reach the weigh-in.

What do y'all think?

The app seems pretty good at safeguarding against unsafe weight loss.
That being said, I have fasted and pushed to meet weigh-ins when I wouldn't normally. But, ive also lost the weight, sometimes you need a kick:blush:

I think the transformer makes a lot of sense for those that are only 10% away from goal weight. Unfortunately so many of us have a lot more to lose.

  • I lost 26 pounds doing 75 hard from February 15th- April 30th. It’s been a little harder now to get the weight off since ending the challenge but trying to remind myself that slow and steady wins the race.

    For those interested in doing 75 hard. The rules are for 75 days, you follow a diet of your choosing, no cheat meals, no alcohol, 2 45 minute workouts a day and one must be outdoors, 10 pages of a self developmental book a day, take a progress picture, and drink a gallon of water. Any deviation or mishaps and you start back over at day 1.

Yaaay!! Just surpassed my Round 2 goal with 19 more days to go! Now I just need to either maintain or lose more from now until then cause I only surpassed it so far by .1 lb.

Also, I’m only about 14 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight which is my ultimate goal in this game! AND, I’m finally in the overweight range on the BMI calculator where I’ve been in the obese category for years! Super stoked to learn all this today!!

  • So I have had this in my freezer for a couple weeks thinking it was not going to be very good but it was very yummy! It stayed within my macro budget eating only half of the pizza last night (I could have ate more) but I cut it in half and only cooked half so I couldn't over eat. Didn't taste like cauliflower at all!

Is it truly a cauliflower crust that is flour free? Or do they just add cauliflower to the dough? I'm guessing it still has various rice flours in it because the carb level seems very high for it to be just cauliflower.


Yes there is rice flour in it. Didn't even read the ingredients.
