  • Autumn, I need your help. I am hoping you will see this an answer. I need an exercise or two to help with my arms specifically. I have a bit of what people call I guess, bat wings. I am trying to tone under my arms and not shake when I wave. What can I do to Tone underneath. I truly hate the way they look. Sometimes to the point of tears.??? any help would be greatly appreciated.?😢
