  • I have a background in psychology and am quite familiar with persuasion and motivation tactics. I am personally focusing on daily habits that have been effective for me in past DietBets (as opposed to obsessing over the scale), and created these scratch-off charts for the duration of the challenge using card stock and scratch-off stickers. Each day I stick to my healthy habits, I get to scratch off a circle! “If you focus on results, you’ll never change. If you focus on change, you’ll get results.”
