These viruses have sucked the life out of me. All I want to do is eat comfort food and rest. Trying every day to get some exercise, even if it is 10 minutes.

Do some meal planning and prep so I gave something quick and healthy to eat. Try intermittent fasting as it seems to work well for several of my friends.

Not my best week but my clothes are looser.

Extremely hot and humid so didn’t get much walking done and didn’t make it to the gym.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Put on a pair of exercise pants and they look like jodhpurs. So even though I’m battling losing the same 2 -4 lbs. over and over I’m not gaining inches.

Too many Ritz crackers. Got myself exhausted and then nothing healthy ready to eat so....crackers.
