    Here's the challenge if you choose to accept:

    Get in at least 30 minutes of exercise today. Anything works! Walking, jogging, sports, swimming, workout videos, hit the gym, yard work.....etc. It's all up to you! You can break it down into segments if you want. Once you finished your workout, comment below, let us know what you did and how much time you spent.

Just started doing keto Tuesday myself. :) So far I'm finding it pretty easy to stick to and I've noticed I'm not getting as hungry.

I was doing keto 100% last year. Lost18 pounds. Slowly slipped back into some bad habits and allowed too many carbs. I have found that I really am addicted to certain carbs. Staying away completely from the culprit foods is my only hope

  • I want to encourage you to think about how much water you're getting daily. Being well hydrated is so beneficial for weight loss and good health!

    Ditch the sodas and juice and replace them with water to help you lose weight. If you think water tastes boring, add a slice of lemon.

    Here's another great reason to drink plenty of water:
    Drinking enough water is essential for burning off fat from food and drink, as well as stored fat!

    Many of you have already set a personal daily water goal for yourselves, how many ounces a day are you aiming for? How do you track your intake?
