Non-scale victory of the week!
I’ve managed to work out once so far this week, headed to work out no so this will be my second time. I was traveling for work for two days, so I had six meals of airport food. I tried to be as healthy as possible with salads, and healthy breakfast. I didn’t lose any weight this week, but I don’t think I gained too much either.

Ate better if possible.
