I’m trying to lose weight for my own health. My knees are hurting and that can only be because of the extra weight I’m carrying. I have a 6 year old son and I would like to be able to keep up with him as well as teach him to be healthy.

I managed to log EVERYTHING even when I was eating out of town. I also drank much more water than I normally would have.

Exercised! i didn’t exercise this week at all. I even did absolutely nothing on Sunday and ate crap food!
