Non-scale victory of the week!

Not my best week. Sat, Sun & Mon were awesome, but after winning my $100 bet I quickly slid back and actually made up for the most of the weight I lost.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Just keeping busy outside of the house. I do great when I am away from food, so I need to order more decaf coffees and sit in coffee houses. (I can't over think this and drive around and around. Either I go to the Mall, Wholefoods, Starbucks, or Marianos, or take the train down town just to be in the city! (It's $13, but good working time near people......)

Follow my 1200 net cal diet using Fat, Fiber, Green Protein rule. My goal is to try to eat Oatmeal one day and to have a banana smoothie for dinner two days and fish on two other days.

meditate each day and to journal each day and to get out of the house even if it is a 45 min commute, i.e. 1.5 hours in the car, if I have a writing day in front of me. I will be more productive & see people
