I ended up getting a tattoo on my entire chest. took me out of the game for a week. then I lost my mirror. I bought a new one now that I like. Ready to push really hard this entire month.

Through watching what I eat and side effects, i have figured out that i have food sensitivities — excited to see how this keeps going.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have had fewer beers on Saturday. Thankfully my recovery was the next day, and i did not falter on my food.
