  • I can't believe I gained 2.6lb ??😭
    I had my mums birthday and then my daughters but I tracked and planned everything. There was a bit of picking so I guess it all added up. I'm so upset.
    I need to get positive like Lexi and remember it's a new week and I can set new goals and not let it get me down for to long.
