Ugh... On Wednesday morning I had about 1.2kg to lose to win this round. Tough, but doable. Ate really well Wednesday and Thursday. Then I decided to have a bit of a treat on Friday, which OF COURSE turned into Saturday and Sunday, too.... Aaaand now I need to lose 4.2kg to win this round. Mostly bloating and water weight, yes, but even so. Let's go!!

  • When it comes to sweets and treats, do you cut back or cut out when you are actively trying to lose weight? For me its easier not to take the first bite. However some people are able to satisfy their sweet tooth with small amounts of treats, like a square of dark chocolate. Which side do you fall on. In the long run a healthy lifestyle is easier to maintain if you practice moderation instead of deprivation. So what is your strategy?

I cut back on sweets. However, salty snacks I usually avoid as I have a harder time stopping those once I've started compared to sweets.

This challenge came at the perfect time. After a bit of overindulgence over the weekend it was a good push to drink some extra water to help flush out the extra sodium and such and rehydrate.

I definitely need to get some activity in. I'm in a transformer right now and barely made the first 2 months by trying my best with food choices. I'm hoping this Kickstarter will give me the push I need to take my weight loss further.

That sounds like a good plan. I've been doing the beachbody workouts, and those kick my butt everyday. Hoping that now that I am paying closer attention to my nutrition, that it will start yielding some nice results!
