I was camping at the lake the last 4 days and wasn’t at all perfect on my diet. Did a weigh in this morning expecting to have gained weight but miraculously lost 2.5 lbs! I obviouly didn’t realize how active I was while camping and playing in the lake. ☺

I love orgain pea protein (chocolate). I blend it with water or almond or soy or cashew milk (depending on how many calories I want in it, if I want it thicker I add a frozen banana) and it’s pretty good.

*sigh* it’s been a bad week and a half, it’s like all my triggers hit at once. I’m trying to focus on progress not perfection and to just keep trucking, but I just want to drink the wine. ALL THE WINE.

I feel that. I like wine too. Sometimes I just plan for a glass or two in my calorie budget. It's also a good time to find things that aren't wine that make you unwind similarly. Meditation is good for me but I dread doing it. Good luck! Youre not alone.

You should try FitVine! It’s a low sugar and low carb wine. Same amount of alcohol content though! Only about 118 calories per glass. They have all the different varieties too. I find that this is a great alternative for me! I get mine at Whole Foods but I’m sure they have it in other stores. Good luck!
