  • Was going to do a little surf and turf... but the steak I had went bad. So I improvised! A whole pound of broccoli, some shrimp and a chicken burger along with a keto/gluten free jalapeño muffin!

I lost all my weight and then some! I actually hit my short term/ halfway goal of 50 lbs today! This has definitely helped keep me on track!

looks great, is it Quorn brand or another? I love the Impossible burgers, but they are pretty expensive.

WendyB yes, it is the quorn brand. I have really fallen in love with it. I have been wanting to try the impossible burger but it was almost $10 at my grocery store so I passed :weary: is it worth it?

  • Decided to have actual yellow corn tortillas for my cilantro lime shrimp tacos tonight! I usually have tacos on lettuce but tonight I decided I’ve been eating really well and wanted an actual shell!

  • This looks so delicious!
    The other night I made sheet pan chicken fajitas with black beans and Greek yogurt (my healthy sub for sour cream).
    Last night we had veggie ramen noodle soup. Chicken broth, carrots, celery, chopped power greens, garlic, ginger, liquid aminos, sesame oil, Siracha, and soft boiled eggs.

  • You are totally right! The more I think about what I put on a salad the more filing they are. Yesterday for lunch it was a Greek salad! Romaine and power greens topped with tomato, cucumber, olives, red onion, and organic chicken kale and mozzarella-chicken burger that I cut up. Topped with a little feta cheese and Greek yogurt tzatziki sauce! ??

  • And again... I totally forgot to take a meal photo! 😭 tonight was delish! I just seamed stirfry veggies with soy sauce and topped it with an egg and a new veggie protein I found and LOVE! Korey said it tastes like farts but I love it????😍

    This week I’m transitioning from weight loss to muscle building so I’m upping the protein while still following 2BMINDSET pretty closely! I’m still not yet to my DietBet goal but I plan on treating myself this week to some FroYo or ice cream 🍨 at some point this week

theres a gluten free soy sauce that's not bad...called No Soy by Oceans Halo. And I think the newish Impossible burgers are soy free...they're awesome!
