Non-scale victory of the week!

Give this challenge my all and stop turning to food for comfort.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have pushed myself to make my last challenge but, instead allowed myself to fall off plan. I knew I blew the challenge due to overindulgence at my sister's baby shower last week. I couldn't get myself back on track. I gave up on myself.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Meal prepping all my meals for work. This was the key to my success. I made sure to pack something for my sweet tooth to ensure I stay on target. I continued to track my meals through my WW app and stay within my points budget. I avoided the break room like the plague. That's often where bad choice can go down. I also packed fruits and low point snacks to munch on when I felt a binge coming on.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More exercise. I'm struggling to get pilates into my week. Work can be draining. I do get walking in.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to a baseball game Friday night with friends. I packed healthful snacks - fruit, veggies, and nuts - which helped me make better choices at the game. During the 8th inning, I made a run to the snack stand and purchased a low-cal veggie wrap. At the end of the night, I had a Yasso Fudge Greek Yogurt popsicle (3SP) for dessert. I love that the event was about friendship instead of food. This is a win for me!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise is my number one focus next week. I want to incorporate more pilates into my weekly routine.

To continue on the path I'm on and know it's all for a greater picture. I'm worth all the effort and hard work. Track, exercise and take time to unwind.

Long-term goal weight

188 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Keeping my head in the game. I've been up & down with my weight and want to learn consistency.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Sticking to my WW plan. I'll do this by packing my breakfast, lunch, and snacks to work. I'll stay on track by including some of my favorite items (i.e. Oreo Thins) so, I don't feel deprived. I'll learn more about 2B Mindset & see how I can gain tools for my "Ilana Muhlstein's Pre-Summer Push" challenge.
