I don’t know, I’m frustrated. Why am I not loosing weight? I eat 1200 to 1500 calories a day. Writing all my food down. Eating very healthy. Exercising 6 to 7 days a week. Doing 21 Day Fix.

Been so sick I couldn’t exercise or focus on my eating.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It’s a new week, there was nothing I could have done better while I was sick, so now that I feel better, I going to get back to exercising and focus on food choices!
