I was so mad at myself last week, but I really shouldn’t have been . I slipped once, but I didn’t fall, and I caught myself and turned it all around again .

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

everything. my weight went up. it’s amazing it was 144.8 for this weigh in. I know it could swing as much as 5 lbs a day, but I really don’t think I’m going to make it.

sleeping. it’s like if I work on diet sleep slips, if I work on sleep diet slips. and all that sound backwards. shouldn’t I be less hungry if I’m sleeping better ?
