Annie

I recently lost 30lbs hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. I was terrified that I would gain it back so I began training. Instead I lost an additional 5 lbs. I want to keep it up!

Long-term goal weight

150 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Keeping it off. I lost 35 lbs in 2016 and was feeling amazing, then a new job, a new man, and a move completely derailed my routine and therefore my weight. I gained it all back plus some. It was devastating.

How many days per week do you exercise currently?

3

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I joined a CrossFit gym. I need to get my fitness routine back. I’m also doing a sugar elimination (“detox” if you will) to jumpstart my diet change. My biggest pitfall is portion size and eating too fast (and therefore too much).
