Non-scale victory of the week!

I made the weight with a few extra ounces. I need to really commit more because I had a bigger weight loss # in mind. I am on track but I know I can commit more and focus. This month I want to focus hard on portion control and limiting myself from all this sugar intake. Thank u for the motivation.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Commit and eat better throughout the weeks and not just a few days. Walk more with my kids as well.
