I need one more pound to hit my goal for this round, but more importantly, I need that same pound to hit 100 pounds total weight loss! What is everyone else doing/or did to hit those final numbers in the 11th hour? Need your ideas!

Next time try to sleep long hours... Due to medical conditions I am not able to exercise, sometime even to walk more than 20 min, so I do like Rebekah said. A lot of water, I drink protein like smoothie (water and ice instead of milk) and I try to sleep early so I dont steal the fridge overnight. If you can delay your breakfast is good as well


Changed my clothes and a haircut literally took off 1.5lbs for me :sweat_smile:

My last DietBet they did a great job of helping us incorporate healthy habits, not all at once. The first week we drank a minimum of I think 64 oz of water a day (I usually drink more so I can’t remember.) week 2 was 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day, week 3 was 30 min of exercise and week 4 you tried to do everything. It was a good way to get into it!

I’m in a Kickstarter DietBet too and my goal there is higher than my goal here. It’s been a little rough to meet it but I’m almost there. Next month I think I’ll just stick to the transformer!
