Non-scale victory of the week!

I feel so much better mentally and physically.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to keep hydrated. There were a couple of days where I didn't drink enough.

Keep hydrated. Also, this is my first full week back in the office after the holidays. I need to make sure I don't get too stressed out and fall of the wagon. I also need to make sure I don't make stress an excuse for falling off.
