Non-scale victory of the week!
I did well except for a couple slip-ups I ate a few corn chips before remembering corn chips are not whole 30 compliant then yesterday, a friend brought me a chai that was supposedly sugar free (I think they used artificial sweetener) and had 2% milk instead of almond milk and we went to a steak house for dinner pretty sutrr the vinaigrette was packed with sugar and my small steak was covered in butter but it was date nihhy and fun i have been consistent with MBFA workouts and have been getting between 5-10 miles of walking in a day.

mentally prepared for company and bring in town where we were eating out.
