Oh, well. No luck this time around. Plateaued early.

Probably time to start counting calories again. Eating freshly prepared meals all the time wasn’t the silver bullet I’d hoped it would be.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I finally went back to the grocery store after a busy holiday season. I did my meal prep for breakfast and lunch this week, and I’m cooking dinner. I avoided the frozen food section, so no easy microwave way out this week.

I need to make sleep a higher priority.
