Non-scale victory of the week!

woke up early this morning. took care of the critters and pushed play!!! Made it half way through. will make some room and try again tonight.

its a new week and off to a good start..will have to UTube how to make an omelet vs scrambled mess lol

This is a new week and I am doing a sugar detox, working out and eating right

Non-scale victory of the week!

No ice cream and no junk yesterday! seen a new motto if it expires it don't get eaten!!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

work is extremely busy with overtime. But also need my sleep. Working hard to close 3 cases to free me up so I can join the pain and soreness. It is coming no later than Friday night!!! I will also have the batty barre kicker. I have dreams of a plump booty!

Goals for upcoming week! Time will change and my body will be in sync with the morning light again..I will be following my calendar and continue eating clean. also listening to my body....stop eating when full! will never get to the size in the photo again and this wasn't my heaviest!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Returning to work after vacation sucks!!! I did get home and it quit raining long enough to take the big dogs for a walk. it had been a week and a half and my thighs felt like jelly and my shoulders sore from them pulling but felt better when I got back and ready to tackle my work. Deadlines are rapidly approaching.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My diet is resuming back to normal. But I.didn't get back to the house and went to Wendy's and got 4 nuggets and Bacon Fries. only ate a couple and on the way home I hit my weekends Freddie's Hawaiian Sundae (Mini). Otherwise, I hate coffee but tried the coconut oil and no dairy, added cauliflower rice to my shakes and it seems to have helped with my hunger!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Many things! Stress from work, family gatherings, junk food at home and around the office. Lastly, I LOVE ICE CREAM!!!
