I stayed on track with my diet and hardly craved any junk food!

I could have started more rigorous workouts this week, but I didn’t feel my body was ready yet

Exercise 4 days with at least one rigorous workout. Continue to eat well and cut down on sugar further. Start meditating to help manage stress.

I’d like to exercise more and maybe start lifting weight this week. I’ve been doing a lot of cardio which is great, but I think lifting will help with my weight loss

Non-scale victory of the week!

Even though the Whole Life Challenge has ended I’ve stuck with my paleo diet really well. I visited my parents (where my diet usually goes off the rails) and stayed on track other than a small bowl of homemade ice cream.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have made my weigh-in :(. I was overweight by 2 lbs which is frustrating, but I’m determined to reach next months goal!

Get to Crossfit at least once before I go to New Mexico. Try to stay healthy despite being away for my bachelorette party.

I continued to drop a small amount of weight despite being very sick with a chronic migraine

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I struggle to be consistent in my exercise and dietary efforts. I also have a serious addiction to sugar which is hard to break

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I’m getting married in just under 6 months! This challenge ends right after my wedding day, and of course I want to feel my best when I walk down the isle. My overall goal is to gain confidence and self love in time for my big day My goal this week is to be active in general- not just when working out! I also plan to meal prep and plan my treats so I don’t find myself mindlessly snacking.
