Surviving the week, stomach bug with the flu. Afterwards crackers and ginger ale was my friend...

Non-scale victory of the week!

Stuck to the diet for the most part. Went to the gym twice last week and once I go today, another two times this week. Thigh gap now present even in jeans and my face is thinning out. I also fit into the leather skirt for the first time since I bought it over a decade ago!

Made it past my first “bad eating “ day in six weeks. Sounds bad but my version is only 400 calories over and still under 2000
