I’ve shown more discipline when it comes to stopping one cheat meal from turning into a cheat week. Maybe moderation is possible after all.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Instead of in isolation, share your cheat meal with family and friends. Food is social, communal. Why waste your cheat meal in isolation?

Very few. I’m getting cocky think too many cheat meals won’t affect my final number. The last few months are the most challenging and I need to reset my mindset and push forward.
