Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisted stuffing myself with pizza. Only had three slices of the one I really liked. Didn’t finish the coffee and cake Because I realised I wasn’t really enjoying them!

Do not give into the thrill of ordering food just because you are at home alone

I made my goal early, then started putting weight back on! Gah!! So this last week instead of giving up, I just gave it one last shot, still managed to get in just under weight :)

If I hadn’t let myself go last week this week I could have been more calm

When I look down my boobs are bigger than my stomach!! Bloating has gone down so much!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

At dinner last night I should have stopped when I said I didn’t feel hungry anymore instead of finishing my plate. This is a big temptation for me. Always fill my plate then want to finish it.
